Our new gaming table!
Some big news!
Our brand new gaming mat has arrived and we love it! Its a step forwards for us, no longer do we have to use the dining table which is too small to play any larger sized games but we can use a full 6 foot by 4 foot area. The mat itself has some fantastic detail on it and it is a great material to roll dice on! A really satisfying sound! The texture is also pretty good because it stops your models and scenery from sliding around like they do on a polished table but it also prevents them from sticking. The mat rolls up nicely and when it is unravelled it does not have the annoying habit of sticking up at the corners. The mat was bought from WWW.GameMat.eu and we think it's fantastic!
We needed a table to go with this and after we had weighed up a few different and quite expensive options we decided to visit the DIY shop. We bought two wallpapering tables. These fold up into reasonably sized and easy to store away packages. Although they are a bit rough and ready, they do the job we wanted them to and were pretty cheap.
